Here's What We Include:

• Brainstorm a theme for the celebration and budget planning.

• Finding a venue for the event. Types of venues clients look for us to explore tend to be:  Private Homes, Private Clubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Unique Venues (lofts, warehouses, etc.), and Tented spaces. 

• Menu planning that fits the theme and style of service. We can create unique and fun food stations from a plated meal to a fully passed dinner. This also includes customizing a bar selection and cocktails for the evening.

• Creating a unique production design that includes everything from tabletop décor, lighting, linens, chairs, tables, fully customized props, audiovisual needs, furniture and so much more!

• Securing themed entertainment for the event. This includes anything from a deejay to a band, walk-around performers, or costumed servers. 

• Include vendor recommendations for other event day services including (but not limited to) photography, photo booth, videography, and custom cakes (works great for birthday celebrations!)

• We can also include assistance with designing and creating the invitations for the event. 

• Other services we can assist with if needed are securing hotel room blocks, guest transportation, hair and make-up services for our hosts, valet services, and more! 

• Creating an event timeline and production schedule.

• Being onsite the day of the event to make sure all of the set-up, load-in, and event is executed properly!
