TERMS & CONDITIONS - PHOTOGRAPHY

COVID-19 POLICIES
1. The home must be disinfected before we arrive (all nobs, or other items that we will be required to touch, in order to photograph/video the property).
2. To ensure everyone's safety, we ask that everyone leave the premises while we shoot.
3. IF someone is required to be at the property, all social distancing guidelines and best practices must be followed and we ask that all parties stay in separate rooms from one another.
4. Normally we would do micro-staging and cleaning/removing any unsightly items that may have been missed prior to the photoshoot, during this time we will shoot 100% as-is and not move or touch anything. Please have the home ready as you want it to look.
5. Please ask your sellers to TURN OFF all lights; our photo style looks better and more accurate when we use our own lighting, and we will NOT touch the light switches during this time.
6. PLEASE have all window shades/blinds/drapes up or fully open to allow maximum light and views, we will NOT open them during this time.
7. Per KCRAR, the overlapping of showings/appraisals/contractors/cleaners/etc is prohibited, "and a minimum of 45 minutes should be scheduled between all appointments at the property". (Please ask your homeowners to leave the home 45 minutes prior to our arrival and remain away until 45 minutes after we leave. (The CDC says the virus is not airborne, and this time frame allows for any residual particles to drop to the floor).
8. If someone is sick in the home, we will not be able to photograph the listing until they are fully recovered.
9. We will sanitize ourselves and our gear prior to entering, and we will also sanitize anything we touch while we are there.
STANDARD TERMS & AGREEMENTS*:
Mileage:
--Shoots over 20 miles from our xxxxx office will automatically be charged an additional mileage fee of $2/mile about 1-2 weeks AFTER the shoot.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy:
--When a booking is canceled or rescheduled 24 or more hours in advance, a 0% fee is applied; if less than 24 hours, a $100 fee is applied.
Licensing terms / Copywrite
--ALL rights and ownership to the photos and/or video produced from this appointment will remain the sole property of 2 PRO STUDIO.
--These photos and/or video, for the below-stated address, are licensed as a SINGLE LISTING USE LICENSE. Unless otherwise agreed to with a signed contract, by both Art of Home and you (the Client), the Client is not authorized to distribute or sell these photos and/or video to any third party (other than the home-owner for their personal use).
--The homeowner does not retain any distribution rights to any third party at any time.
--Illegal use or distribution of these photos and/or video will constitute a break of this agreement and a break of Copyright Law and is subject to strict legal action.
Delivery:
--Standard, non-rush, photography appointments will be delivered by the next-day end-of-business. Video will be delivered within 36 hrs.
--FRIDAY & SATURDAY will be delivered by the end of business Monday. Example: Listing shoot booked for Dec 7th at 10 am will deliver late afternoon/early evening Monday the 10th.
Weather:
-If the weather is bad enough that we need to reschedule the appointment due to staff or equipment safety, we will reschedule with notice for the next available time at no charge.
--If you, the Client, choose to reschedule the shoot, due to weather, and we are able to shoot it without harm to the photographer or equipment, the above "Cancellation / Reschedule Policy" will apply and could possibly incur additional charges.
